I Need Help to Learn

Tracy worked for a company called re route ltd, it was such a good company because it didn't take advantage of it's workers, it was fairly laid back and it had a lot of benefits unlike most work places nowadays, Tracy worked in the virus department, her job was to discover new virus's and work out how to contain them, she used an instant messaging program to communicate with the boss. One day the server went down and nobody knew what to do but Tracy, but the thing is she wasn't actually working on that day.

Tracy received a call asking if she could come in and fix the server, with it being her day off she wasn't too sure but she thought she would have to and it might make a bit of a difference not being in the virus department for a day or two! So she arrived knowing that it was going to be a hard drawn out day! She knew that the server was so bust, as soon as she got there she began instant messaging the boss asking what had happened! The instant messaging service was also down aswell so it was just her there to fix it and no one else.

Tracy began to get really bored as it was just her on her own, she wouldn't of minded if other people were there but it was just her so it began to get really dull! The hours drew to a close and it was nearly fixed. Once she had fixed it she went to the bosses office and told him it was all good! He was so impressed with her, she didn't even have to come in but she did, it shown that she was really committed to her job and loved helping.

With all this in mind he decided to promote Tracy to an administrator she was so happy because she had never even had a promotion ever it made her feel really good and special. From then on she always helped around doing stuff and she always fixed it to the best possible!
