I was constantly on the Internet, always searching for a bargain. I had that many sites that I was a member of I needed to keep track of my user name. I decided to change all of them so no matter what site I logged into I had the same user name and password. This saved time getting a stupid pop-up saying I had incorrect details and please try again.

I used google as my home page as I found this search engine the best, and saved all my favourite sites in a folder. I also liked to search new sites and have a look around.

The first time I came across google earth was amazing. I could zoom right in my house and actually see my car! It was fascinating to look around and be able to zoom right in on an area and have a closer look. This was one of the best things I had seen in ages and google had definitely come up trumps with this site.

Then I had an idea, I would build a website that would not include a pop-up where people could log on and request information on an area so the didn't have to search themselves. I would do it all for them, but how do I go about it? I employed a website designer to implement my idea so the would have to register and put a user name in, then just fill out one form with what information they wanted and I would do all the searching for them. I would charge a nominal fee and try to make a living out of it.

People needed to know about my site so I had a pop-up put on the search engines which would catch peoples attention, even though I hated them. The hits we got in the first week were unbelievable, people were actually willing to pay me to search for them! I found out the information they needed and then just sent them an email with their requests. Feedback came quick and fast and word got around, now I employ 10 people to do the work for me and I am back to just browsing but getting paid while I do it.
