EBay is my number 1 web site. I have bought so much on the on-line auction site, its amazing! You can buy everything from experiences, teeth, clothes and lives. The web designers have done a really good job on the web site, as it is clearly set out and easy to understand and operate. Its the first thing I go on when my pc turns on, and its the last thing my pc shows before it's switched off. Each on-line auction is different and exciting, andwith some people bidding at the very last seconds - it keeps you on your toes. I highly recommend the web site, and if you need to buy anything at all then your should see if it's in an on-line auction on there! Everything is alot cheaper than in shops, and the money goes to real people instead of faceless companies most of the time. You can sell things on there as well of course. It's a good way for kids to make some more pocket money, and convenient alternative to car-boot sales. I barley do anything else on my pc apart from Ebay.Nearly everything I have bought in the last year has been from an on-line auction on there. Some were also from 'buy it now' auctions. These are good for guaranteeing your win of the product, and enables you to end the auction straight away, to speed up delivery times. Postage is the only slightly annoying thing about Ebay, but without it, the system wouldn't work. Once you get the hang of packaging and posting items correctly then it's easy to sell. You have to be aware as well that when you buy from Ebay then the buyer has to pay for the postage and packing. This is sometimes free, and usually not very much anyway. There are lots of different Ebay sites worldwide. Go and log onto your countries Ebay site today! See for yourself what all the fuss is about! I don't work for Ebay, and I'm not necessarily trying to promote them. I'm more interested in telling everyone else about it so they can benefit as well. Happy bidding!

I truly love to surf the web. I sign in to my eBay account every day, both selling and buying on-line. I am a real eBay addict, but have recently been looking around at other places which are good for buying on-line. I have found some great places to buy clothes and kids toys at good prices, but for selling my own things, I will stick to eBay, as I have been using the site for 2 years and have built up a reputation as a trustworthy seller, and I wouldn't want to have to learn to use another site.

Once upon a time there was a web designer who went on the net every day. This web designer loved to make money, and would do whatever it took to make a couple bucks. Every day, he would build ten webpages and attempt to sell them. Sometimes, he wouldn't be able to sell all the webpages he made that day but would make another ten the next day. In this way, he soon built up a massive portfolio of unsold webpages. He tried to sell them on CraigsList, but soon found himself bombarded with spam that was unrelated. "Would you like to meet me tonight? Sign up to see me on webcam here!" What does that have anything to do with my webpages thought the designer. Never the less, he continued to list his webpages on Craigslist. Although he continued to collect spam, he sold many webpages (and since these were digital products he sold them in every network he could find, even cities that weren't his own, since he never had to meet up with anyone) so he decided to bear with it. However, his portfolio of unsold webpages continued to build up. Soon, he decided he needed to find another network to sell on. The surfed the net until he stumbled upon eBay. He thought to himself that it would be a great place to sell his webpages. He quickly signed up for Pay Pal since he read an advertisement that claimed it was easier to buy and sell on eBay with PayPal. He listed many of his webpages over the eBay network, and was surprised with the result. Even though he received some spam on eBay as well (some man asked him to ship a webpage to Nigeria), it was not as much as Craigslist. Soon, he stopped selling at other places on the net and only sold on eBay. This man quickly sold all his webpages and had to make more to fill the demands of the eBay buyers. Soon, the web designer had made so much money from webpages and was so bored he vowed never to create another webpage again and retired a millionaire.

The wonders of internet dating can take a nasty turn: junk email being sent to you, and getting a monthly fee for what otherwise should have been a free site, and what can be something that should be given away freely. website development does nothing for this dilemma - it just means more flashy graphics for a more expensive price, something broadband users may not mind, but dial-up surely will.

When I think of my past career as a web designer, I only really recall one main experience that has stuck with me through my life. That one event you will always remember. It was a disaster, but it showed me what I really wanted to do in my career.

Here it is Saturday morning and once again I have no internet access. Being I live in a small town, I knew exactly who to call. He only lived a few blocks away from me, so I waited for a couple of hours before I called him. I did everything that I would have done before, like unplug the modem, restart the computer, and was told to check cables to make sure they are tight. I did all of that and still no internet access. I walked over to the phone and called Kevin. Of course with no kids and not being married he was still in bed. The first thing out of his mouth was yes I know, you have no internet access. I am on my way over.

He logged into the London chat room of the new social network he has recently registered with. Since the social network is relatively new, he was not hoping to find many people online in the middle of the night. Most members of these new sites generally remain off-line during these late hours.

What happened to the times when there were good old fashioned typewriters? I bet a much younger person would not even be aware what a typewriter was. I was sick of being hounded for my email address and even though I did not know what it was i did some investigating. So I had decided to get with the times and purchased myself a computer. It took a while to figure out how to turn the thing on, I had my young nephew come around to show me.
