I Need Help to Learn

I am thinking about making my one site. I am not sure yet what it will be about. I have be talking to a number of web developers and have drawn up some ideas. I have a good broadband provider so that will not be a problem. This project is more an ambition then anything else. But who knows, maybe I will make something useful out of it. I think that getting traffic to the website will be a problem at first. But that will not interfere in anyway with the quality of the site. My prime purpose is just making a great website and proving to myself the skills I have developed over the years. I have created in the past other websites but nothing to complicated, just for putting in place the basic knowledge of website manufacturing. The web developers have advised me to not give up easily as this is not a simple task. I have already chosen my web developing program and tested it for any virus. I know it is not really possible but I like to be very thorough. I will probably put ads on it. Of I am going to make it why not make a buck out of it. I was thinking recently about a how to site. It would be very interesting and useful to a lot of people. It is not inventing the wheel but I do not have to invent the wheel to have a good site. I can always just improve it. Like the pizza for example, most people think the Italians invented but actually they just made it better. It was the Chinese that invented it. Another idea would be to make a sort of auto site with tips and pointers maybe a auto market. I know there a are a lot of those out there but like I said improvement is always welcome. When I talked to the web developers they did not disagree with any of my ideas but said that before anything I should study the market, see what people are demanding and try to relate to that if possible. But all this is not very important because it relates to the business side of the project and I currently to not have a very big interest in that. Anyway out of all my talks with the web developers I had snatched some ideas and now I thing I am ready to start working.
